CHAPTER 3 - SIN CITY

Bearing the weight of the armour was quite exhausting in itself. Not to mention the hard training, the blows, the falls off the horse, the pain in his wrist… ’cause no matter how good you could be at drawing the sword, it was really heavy.

Things were even worse with the bow. He was really bad at it. Besides, he had his shoulder and his hand wrecked ‘cause every time he tried to shoot the string would slip from his fingers and whip him back. He didn’t know a bow could have such a kick!

Dean stretched resting his hands on his kidneys and let out a soft moan. He was looking forward to lying down for a while to try to get some relief for his sore muscles.

Then he saw several young girls from the court going over to him. He smiled and couldn’t help thinking he had got his own team of cheerleaders.

CAPÍTULO 3 - SIN CITY

Aguantar la armadura es de por si agotador y si a eso le unimos el duro entrenamiento, los golpes, moraduras, las caídas del caballo, el dolor de muñeca… Porque por muy bien que se le dé la espada hay que reconocer que pesa… Y qué decir del arco, no sólo no se le da bien, encima tiene el hombro y la mano machacados porque cada vez que intenta usarlo se le escapa y de retroceso le da auténticos latigazos.

Dean se estira apoyando sus dos manos a la altura de sus riñones y deja escapar un gemido suave, está deseando tumbarse para intentar desentumecer sus doloridos músculos. Cuando ve a varias jovencitas de la corte que se acercan a él, sonríe sin poder evitar el pensamiento de que, al parecer, tiene su propio grupo de entusiastas cheerleaders.

CHAPTER 2 - BAD DAY AT BLACK ROCK

He had to admit that yeah, everything had been crazy, but it had still been funny. After King Leónidas let him out of jail, he asked (or rather, ordered) him to help his troops in defending Lake’s Valley.

Obviously, Dean's first reaction would have been laughing his head off and brushing him off, but the armed men all over the room and the ugly, angry face of the man standing on the King's right side discouraged him from doing such a thing.

Therefore, he decided to accept; this way, he would have the chance to explore the land a little bit more and, of course, look for Sam. Where the hell had that damn kid gone?

 The Forest’s Valley wasn’t so big that a six-foot-four guy like him wouldn't stand out. And then he even had the nerve of whining because Dean treated him like a child; next time he would try to, Dean would remind him of that exact moment.

However, he didn’t lose hope of finding his brother, even though these men addicted to war wouldn't leave him alone, not even for a single second.

CAPÍTULO 2 - BAD DAY AT BLACK ROCK

Tenía que reconocer que todo aquello era una autentica locura; pero una locura bastante divertida. Nada más salir del calabozo el rey Leónidas le preguntó (más bien le ordenó) si quería servir a sus tropas para derrotar al Valle del Lago. Como es normal la primera intención de Dean fue soltar una carcajada y mandarlo a tomar viento fresco, pero los guardias armados que poblaban la sala y el tío feo y con cara de mala leche que franqueaba el lado derecho del rey le dejó bien claro que no era buena idea hacer tal cosa.

Así que decidió aceptar y así de paso conocer un poco más el terreno y claro está... Buscar a Sam ¿Se podía saber dónde demonios se había metido ese crio? El Valle del Bosque no era tan grande como para que un tío de dos metros como el no destacara. Si es que… Luego le protestaba porque lo trataba como si fuera un niño pequeño. La próxima vez que dijera algo por el estilo iba a recordarle ese mismo momento.

Aun así no perdía esperanzas de encontrar a su hermano, aunque esos tarados de la guerra no le dejaran en paz ni un segundo.

CAPÍTULO 1 - PILOT

Era una especie de establo con cubículos que resguardaban caballos enormes de un pelaje negro increíblemente brillante. Dean volvió a parpadear, ¿Donde rayos estaba? Al intentar levantarse apoyó las manos en el suelo y se dio cuenta de que se encontraba sobre un montón de paja, sí, definitivamente era un establo.

No tenía su arma, ni su chaqueta, únicamente los vaqueros y la camisa negra con la que se había vestido en la mañana, giró aun un poco desorientado. ¿Donde estaba Sam? no recordaba haberse separado de él. Caminó hasta el portón esperando encontrarse cualquier cosa al abrirlo así que lo hizo con cuidado.

Casi se le cae la mandíbula al ver el sitio, si antes se sentía desorientado ahora definitivamente necesita un guía turístico, ¿como es que llegó a ese lugar sin darse cuenta?

CHAPTER 1 - PILOT

It was some kind of stable that sheltered huge horses with incredibly shiny manes. Dean blinked again. ‘Where the hell was he?’ While trying to get up he placed his hands on the floor and realized he was lying on a haystack. ‘Yeah, definitely a stable.’

He had neither his weapon nor his jacket, just his jeans and the black shirt he was wearing in the morning. He turned around a little confused. “Where was Sam?” He couldn´t remember leaving him. He walked towards the door, getting ready for anything that might be waiting behind it. He opened the door carefully.

His jaw dropped open when he saw the place. He was already pretty puzzled but he would definitely need a tourist guide now. How could he have reached that place without noticing?

Como he dicho en el comentario anterior, Jason es un tío accesible en su facebook. Le he enviado un mensaje diciéndole que le ví en el Asylum, que me gustó mucho su concierto y agradeciéndole lo agradable que fue con todo el mundo allí. Además le he contado que estamos intentando organizar una convención de Supernatural aquí en España.
Like I have said in my previus coment, Jason is an accessible guy in his facebook. I have sent him a message telling that a saw him at the Asylum, that I like very much his show, and thanking him for being so nice with everybody. andI have said him that we are trying to organize a convention of Supernatural here in Spain.

Luego le he contado el regalo que les hicimos a Jensen y Jared y le he dicho que teníamos mucha curiosidad por saber si se lo llevaron y si les gustó.
Then I have tell him about the present we gave to Jensen and Jared, and that we are very courius to know if they took it with them, an if they liked it.

Lo siento, pero me pica la curiosidad. Quiero proponeros un reto a todas las que participasteis en la creación de Hunters in Time, y a las que no, pues también.
Sorry but it arouse my curiosity. I want to propose a challenge to all the people who take part in the creation of Hunters in Time, and to everybody in general.

Sabemos que los J reciben montones de regalos en las convenciones, y que muchos de ellos, ni siquiera se los llevan (necesitarían maleta extra para todo).
We all know that the J’s get lots of gifts in each convention, and that they don’t take all with them (they will need an extra case)

El caso es que no puedo con la curiosidad de saber si se llevaron nuestro libro, y si lo han leído.
The fact is that I can’t with my curiosity to know if they took our book with them, and to know if they have read it.

Sé por ejemplo, que Jason Manns, gran amigo de Jensen, tiene un facebook en el que parece ser bastante accesible, quizá podríamos preguntarle a él si lo sabe.
I know for example, that Jason Manns, a very close friend of Jensen, has a facebook where we can contact with him, maybe we could ask him if he knows it.

PROLOGUE (By Maika Metallium)

But… are you already here?

It’s impossible. I am not ready yet. I don’t know how to start this.

Yeah, right, the title is “prologue” but… I am not ready yet.

I was going to look for some beautiful lyrics from a song to start writing this. I even made a list with smart remarks (a list that must be anywhere but in the places where I have checked). And I had a bibliography. A bibliography for a prologue, man! Yeah, I’m an innovator. And yeah again, it must be in the same place as the smart remarks.

So, please could you have a look at cover of this book for a while? Vanduran has done a great job with it. She has worked hard on the details (details are beautiful and give the one who has to write this some time to get ready). For instance, Dean’s pendant is on his sword. Please pay attention to those little details.
